- I had left my name for a test run for their new car. They called to set up an appointment- very polite.

Went to try out one of the Tesla and was greatly impressed ! Amazing. They had the model X on display. Good service but I felt they were understaffed as there were just 2 people trying accommodate everyone. The Tesla person answered my questions but they were swamped. Must go on a week day.

- Anthony was great! He went the extra mile to assign a technician to repair my trunk. He and the technician were courteous and professional. Most importantly, the problem was fixed expeditiously!

I test drove Model Y at this location and had the best time. Oliver answered all my questions and put me at ease about driving a tesla for the first time without an associate physically present in the car. I highly recommend this center for your test driving needs. I watched some YouTube videos before my appointment so the one pedal driving did not throw me off at all. If you are new to that feature i would go prepared.

Not a kind person. He laughed when I asked about the pre driven vehicles. In fact, he said they don't sell pre driven. NOT much to see at all. The truck was basic, I asked to see the X the bigger truck, and he was just nasty. I started to buy it and return it in 10 minutes.

I received amazing customer service from service tech Donnie during my visit. I stopped by the facility to ask a few general questions about the brand and various models - and let’s just say I ended up purchasing a brand new Model 3 that same day particularly because of Donnie’s advice and information provided. Donnie was extremely thorough in detail, was a good listener/addressed every question I had and provided me with much needed information prior to making such a large life purchase.
