- I had a great experience with this location. Bianca took care of me. Had a body module go bad after only having my brand new 2023 model Y for a little over 2 weeks. They were more than helpful on making sure that I had transportation and kept me up to date through the app with my cars progress! Great experience!!

- Came here Saturday and was scared it might be closed because ofa long weekend. Bianca atthe service department was very professional and fas . I was able to make my lost key on the same da ! Thank you.

- We've just came back from Decatur Tesla after a model Y demo drive. We have been very pleased with our experience: the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, there was no wait - we were on the road minutes after arriving. Plus, the facility itself is clean with nice touch like coffee and water for the customers. All in all, cannot ask for more.

The service team isn't very communicative, and it's hard to get a sense of what's happening, even after you've been waiting for several hours past your appointment time without them getting to your vehicle.

Service was awesome. If your going to a tesla store In Atlanta, go to this one. I've been to other ones in the area, and the Decatur store has been the best to deal with. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD, was that they parked my vehicle under a tree and it now has sap all over it. I get Atlanta is tree city, but might want find a solution to this, especially in the fall.

I was misled by your sales associate he had me to log into my personal Tesla account and go through the process but then he switched to an estimator as the manager of the Decatur dealership informed me when I called back after the denial. Basically he put in my information in the estimator had me believe that this is the actual information down payments monthly payments total payments Etc and that I was approved all so he could collect my $200. And I have yet to receive a refund. He is a liar and so is the staff at the Decatur location as well as in the repair shop.
