Walked in without an apt on a weekday dinner time to trade in my phone. Took them 10-15 minutes to complete the job and get me out of there. Every associate was very helpful and gave me extra information I didn’t know I could do and I had my phone and my money back towards my new phone. Very very satisfied with their customer service

No dejo de decir que el producto es bueno …pero hay alta inconformidad de clientes que están de visita y deciden comprar un iPhone actualizado,pero la alegria dura poco … creo que debería ser opcional si comprar un teléfono con Esim o con sim física … regresamos a nuestros países inconformes pues no tenemos operador para Esim… entonces donde está la satisfacción del cliente??? … donde está la economía y eficiencia de la compañía??? Muy mal la verdad !!!

Aventura Mall is one the most beautiful and entertaining shopping Place, is convenient for the whole family with a lot of activities, shopping and dinner options, including the most recognized brands including the super cool and beautiful Apple store and even a Tesla Showroom inside the mall!!!

I’ve been here several times by appointment and it was always bad experience. Don’t go here if you value your time. Agents do not pay attention you can relax here all day waiting for anyone to assist you.

The Apple Store at the Aventura Mall offers excellent customer service. I recently purchased the new iPhone 15 Pro online to be picked up at the Apple store in the Aventura Mall. When I arrived it was pretty busy, but I was directed to the right place. The whole process only took a few minutes with just under 10 minutes of waiting time. The rep helped me set up the new phone by guiding me through the process. It was seamless. Pro tip: Place your purchase online to pick it up at the Apple store. This will save tons of time at the store since they're always pretty busy!
