my car wouldn’t start this morning, so I had to call my insurance company to give me a hot shot and I was told that I needed a new battery. I had purchased a battery from AutoZone on York Road several years ago. I went to AutoZone, the manager Melvin S. assisted me. He completed a diagnostic check of my car and told me that I did not need a new battery. He cleaned the corrosion off of my battery and tightened up the cables. I appreciated his professionalism, his patience with what I needed, and the fact that he was very knowledgeable. Thank you Melvin and I will continue to be a AutoZone customer.

Came to Auto Zone on York Rd, with 3 lights on my dashboard, ( one being check engine light). Melvin S did a diagnostic check on it & explained that it was showing I needed a new battery, amongst other things. Melvin went to my Truck & proceeded to clean off all the corrosion that was built up & tightened everything. It took him no longer than 5 minutes & all he asked for was napkins to clean it off. See that’s what I Call Excellent Customer Service & going above & Beyond. Thank You Melvin S. for also being so kind. I will forever shop at Auto Zone & hope that he will be there.

I had such a great experience on Sunday visiting this location thanks to Iyeisha!! I was confused on finding a specific tag light and she was very quick with helping me find it. Not to mention, she was very friendly and resourceful.
