Pleasant experience all the way. Pick up process was seamlessly, I received the vehicle as reserved and return process was seamless as well.

I reserved a Rav4 or similar vehicle and was given a giant Ford Expedition. When I complained that it was too large for me to drive in the city and needed the size I ordered I was told that wasn’t an option. Terrible customer service. Rent somewhere else.

I love renting from this location because staff is always sweet and rentals are always clean and ready. This location is better than any Enterprise locations in the area.
