Costco Wholesale Billings

I dislike the new location! Too many round about I have to go through. It gives me dizziness. Ugh. Who the heck idea is it to move it there? I used to like going to Costco, not anymore.

The new building is great! Our cashier was all by himself and because of this he couldn’t leave to get boxes, so he had to make do with what he had. He was clearly frustrated, but kept a good attitude and was still very efficient.

I am a Costco lover and travel to many across the United States. I am disappointed with this particular Costco for a few reasons.
So I get my Costco card which is linked to mine and my mother's joint card. You never go through Costco quickly so I probably spent 1.5 hours shopping. I get to the check out and they only have 1 lane open that is not self check out. So I go to the self check out and the girl looks at the Costco card which has my mother's pictures on it. She goes to walk away with my credit card ( who in their right mind thinks they have the right to try and walk away with anyone's credit card is what really made me mad). She tells me that I can go with her to check the account never giving me my card back. She just casually walks around with the credit card exposed. Anyone knows that is the stupidest thing you can do. She tells me that I am not currently on the account but can see that I was at one point. I value consistency more than anything if they had turned me away at the front door that would have been fine. Instead, I walk around for an hour and a 1/2. Picking things out and then get told at the very end, I can't buy anything. Between the credit card being grabbed out of my hand and the non consistency, this Costco has some work to do with their employees.

Always good deals, helpful staff and quick service.

Rude employees and inconsistent policies around members needing their physical executive membership card to purchase pizza from the food court. Executive membership canceled and Sams will be my only wholesale big box store in Billings. Disappointing!

Smaller than expected crowd. In and out of the store quickly and short lines at the checkout.

Tried to get a membership but the membership supervisor was extremely rude and half way through signing up she just left to help someone else. Avoid this greedy rude place

It's a cluster fudge, but always great prices and the checkers are fast.

Their prices are wayy higher than their competition. I think they are trying to pay for that new one they are building on Shiloh.
