Costco Wholesale Hoover, AL

I absolutely enjoy shopping at Costco. As an Executive Member I have access to tons of perks & coupons. Gas prices are always lower than their competitors. And who doesn’t like to save a couple dollars? The store is always neatly stocked & there’s always someone willing to assist if needed. My only complaint is the crowd. It doesn’t matter what time you go there’s going to be a crowd. Other than that, Costco is the way to go. But you don’t have to take my word for it, go see for yourself.

Great place, but almost always packed

Large Costco. Had almost everything we needed. Regular check out line was very long as there was only cone xash register open. Eventually they opened a second register. Staff was attentive and courteous.

Costco is a great store with a wide variety of quality items at good prices. It requires a yearly membership. The base price for the membership is $60. Costco also has a free-standing gas station with the best prices around.

I like the atmosphere. And their selection of more natural items. But I don't buy any of their raw meat. I go elsewhere. But still a good place for so much else!

The staff members were very helpful and courteous.
We always find bargains on things we want to purchase, plus some.

Seems like they are being real checking out. It's no longer a family friendly place, now it's a place just to flip carts.

Costco needs another store in the area to shift some business away from the Hoover Alabama store. Too crowded. Costco's policy checking photos on membership cards is about as annoying as going through a TSA check point.

I bought a membership and had a bad experience my first visit. Not what I wanted. However their employee chose to be rude to me. I ignored him so he kept going on and on. Ignorant man. Prices are decent is only positive thing there. Disappointed.

New to shopping here. Have found it to be a good shopping trip. To spite not being able to find things I'm looking for in an expedient manner.

Love Costco, they have things that you just can’t find other places. You feel safe shopping there, and they have the best return policy

Lost my phone when a Costco Employee decided to quite literally take it out of my hand when I didn’t even need to purchase another Costco Membership card $60 USD cash and make my own mother feel unwelcome as a Costco Executive Member since 2019. $120. Really irks me, even, stalking and menacing my own home and refusing to cease and desist. Great deals on bulk items, high quality grocery items too. The pharmacy section also has bulk bargain items Ike lotion and pain reliever. It's always fun to browse through the seasonal items.

Costco has the best deals and fresh seafood. I always find what I came to shop for.
