Best Buy Boca Raton

Love shopping at best buy!! with my total tech membership i get lots of extra discounts and extended warranties which is awesome :)

So far so good. Bought a HP Victus Gaming laptop (i5 13th Gen - 512GB SSD and 8GB RAM) from this best buy. The only negative thing was that they don’t deliver it to everywhere in Boca (I live in 33431). I had to go to the shop physically to pick up my laptop but only the plus side, it was super quick and staff was very helpful and professional.

Brion and Stassi are absolutely horrible at customer service and should be fired! I initiated an online order and received the bar code to pick it up. I get to the store and they are unable to process the pick up. The item is $80 and I had $70 in rewards certificates and a $10 trade in. Brion and Stassi said that because of my rewards, their system can't complete the transaction. they told me to call customer service and ask for a refund. The certificates would take a few days to repost to my account then I can go back and repurchase in store. They said that me cancelling and returning a few days later was their only option. I asked them why I had to call if on my side all I have to do is pickup. my rewards are used and not in my account and they charged my card. on my side everything is good so why do I have to call and cancel?! THEY needed to figure out why THEIR side wasn't working and instead they made me leave the store. I was forced to leave without my item even though they had my rewards, my money, and I had my receipt.
And the store manager Terrance was just as bad. He called me to discuss the incident only to be talking to other people while on the phone with me. No wonder the other two were so bad, their leader!!

Took my money for an Xbox, refunded it saying I can’t buy it anymore. Literally said an item was in stock online, drove 30 minutes, guess what, they didn’t have it. Checked later and they said it was still in stock. Hate this store

Horrible experience buying a phone. The store computer kept malfunctioning, causing a long wait and eventually security problems with credit cards after numerous attempts to pay for the phone.

Went to location at 7pm and was told it would be 30 min to speak to an employee for a purchase. The manager responded saying he could meet with me for 15-20 min. I was commited on buying a gaming pc,ipad and moniter. Thanks best buy ill take my $4000 elsewhere.

It's a shame that I could not get anyone to help me at the Apple section of this Best But store. Aaron was still working after shift and helped someone else that cut in front of me. I walked out without buying anything. I went to another store to get my Apple Watch. My friend was in the store with me and was told by one associate that another associate will get you your Samsung watch. That never happened. What awful service!

It’s very hard to get somebody to help you at this location. Stassi showed up and was very helpful but I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes. They really need to staff the store better. You have a 50,000 square-foot store with four employees running around it’s not fair.

Absolutely, unimaginably disorganized and incompetent, and that's understatement. The mere act of returning a RECEIPT for a TV not yet obtained, for the purpose of taking a different TV has taken over a half hour, of which I have been sitting with my grandmother unattended for over a half hour. How is this place open and functioning?
