- Reception very efficient as changed our car straight away when original car was found to have a nail in the tyre and checking back in was easy and quick too

But in my personal experience, this facility has been always best in their service. In last one year, Only once I waited for an hour extra to get my car, as they were running short on cars. Other than that they are always welcoming and co-operative in terms of service. 5 stars from me.

Have rented here multiple times with no issues. Usually have clean cars in good condition with reasonable upgrades when the car type we requested isn't available. Not the best at answering the phone, but they're busy.

Online services should smoothly integrate with in person services.
Aren’t skip the counter services that you pay ahead for, supposedly for speeding up processes? And I Definitely needed to address damage not listed on the car before leaving!!!
