- Two Avis workers at this location went above and beyond to facilitate our rental car process. Without that extra care, we'd be stuck in Boston! I'll name these two when I can find their business card soon! A second Avis rental occurred recently at LOGAN and lines were pretty long unless you were a preferred AVIS member. Other than that, the service was just as great!

- We rented a car from Avis at Boston airport, staff was helpful and we received a nice Jeep Wrangler. It felt very appropriate for a USA road trip! There was a misunderstanding regarding the toll charge package, but this was kindly resolved by the excellent customer service support. As a suggestion check the tolls on your itinerary before committing to any extras. Overall very happy.

Every time I drop off at logan airport Avis illegally charges me for gas even though I show my gas receipt from the Shell station next door and take a picture of the fuel guage showing full. I tell the attendant to please not charge me. I wonder how much money Avis makes on this illegal charge when customers do not review their bill. They need to stop doing this now!

Great rental! Vehicle was immaculate and brand new model. No pressure to "upgrade" anything at pickup. Took less than 10 minutes from approaching the counter to being in the vehicle. Until this trip I have never had a rental car with a all leather interior! My family can't say enough about our trip, best part was the rental car!

Take pictures and video of your car and it’s odometer reading! The following could happen to you.

We had a horrible, shocking returning experience at Boston Logan airport. Got charge over $6,000 on additional mileage that we never accumulated. Rented the car for 9 days and only used it for 3-4 days to run errands with in 30 miles. Was shocked to get the emailed receipt for an additional $6,000!!
Call Avis and was transferred twice and waited an hour just to be told by the rep he will send the issue to another team to have it resolved and we “should” be refunded in 3 - 5 business days. So glad we make it habit to record our car inside and out including odometer reading before leaving the car rental parking lot!

The vehicle was dirty and poorly maintained. Wipers horrible in rain, dirty windshield and unsafe for use. Very disappointing that AVIS would issue a vehicle that in this condition. Staff also not friendly, helpful or interested.
