Well stocked store for electrical and electronic stuff.

Asked to get a laptop but nobody came back to open the case. Ended up just leaving. What a business fail.

So.. after quite some time .. I have finally decided to do this review.. I had purchased a certified excellent open box smart TV. I had asked several times prior to purchasing the open box TV if all items are included. I was told everything is in there. Once the struggle of getting this home. I found no remote and no stand mounting hardware. Luckily I had the extra mounting screws in my toolbox that fit.. The upsetting part was no remote. You aren't able to setup this lg tv with out the Magic remote. The only manual button is the power button on the TV itself. I researched all info on this specific TV and returned with receipts and slips of the box stating the condition and description of the classification of certified excellent is defined as. I was told ONLY high end TVS have remotes.... So then a gentleman hands me a small remote and told me this is what you need.and just walked away..which it wasn't.. I proceeded to hand him more paperwork of the correct remote required for my specific lg 4 k uhd smart TV... They then returned with the correct remote after a slight convo about this situation.. with an apology finally from management of there error. . This is were the 3 stars came from.. Once I finally finished the set-up of my LG tv. The TV is phenomenal!!. Lesson learned.. open box deals make them open it there and verify contents per open box certification.. if it says it has it all make them verify it there. That lil extra effort by them will save you a headache once you get home. After all it's there job..
