Hertz Car Rental - Boston Logan International Airport

Frustrating that I had to return from exit gates back to the checkout counter for their mistake. Enable your gate attendants to fix simple errors.

But otherwise, no issues.

We made it home last night, and to work today, because of the amazing representative that went above and beyond to find us a car when it seemed like there were no options readily available. Our flight home was rerouted due to the weather in our home state, and still hasn’t taken off as I’m typing this. We knew it would be a mess so we didn’t wait to find out what our rescheduled flight the next day was going to look like. Huge thank you to Hertz for helping us out.

Pretty easy. In and out quick. A little pricey. But all in all a good experience.

Ashley and James were extremely helpful - 10/10 customer service, made my trip so much easier. At first the rental gave me the wrong car - reason being unexpected demand - next morning Ashley and James fixed it all for me.
