- I had the opportunity to train as NYSC Boylston for the first time this weekend. Upon arrival I recieved a warm greeting from Claudia, the front desk staff member! She showed me around the facility and explained all the amenities the club offered. I had a great time, thank you Claudia!
- Often missing soap at showers. Inconsistent with towel service
Month later: no soap in any shower for 4 days. NYSC is not doing a good job.
