I went into autozone today around 8pm because i needed a new battery, the only one being helpful was Kristopher he guided me through the whole process and even gave me helpful tips, he definitely made this stressful situation a lot more easier especially when the other older guys weren’t being so helpful they kinda looked at me like i was stupid Kristopher is the only reason I’ll go back to this autozone if i do ever need anything thanks again Kristoper! He deserves employee of the month for sure! Guys like him is what the world needs more of!

Had a battery issue. Arrived without tools to remove. Tested. Bad read. Let us borrow tools to take apart front end to remove battery... don't ask its a ford ... bench tested bad . Replaced and put back together within 45 mins with borrowing tools etc.
