Apple Boise Towne Square

Came to buy an iPhone on a Thursday evening. I had to stand around and wait for someone to help me for 5-10 minutes even though the store was not busy (multiple employees were idle chatting). Unlike other apple stores I’ve been to. This store needs to do better getting customers help.
However, once someone came to assist me, the experience was great. I knew what I wanted, and they got me taken care of promptly and with clarity. I didn’t feel like I was being unsold when I asked questions, and they accommodated my financing request with no fuss. I’m confident the sales experience was far superior than what I would’ve gotten buying the same product at a Verizon store.

Another temple to the cult of Apple. Busy, but lots of sales people to help. The store was clean and all the displays were working.

Made appointment, helped right away. Replaced my faulty AirPods - very happy.

I had an issue with my phone. I came in with an appointment and Kathleen was a pleasure to work with. She helped with a repair and recommended I offload my 14k photos into the cloud and now my phone is brand new again.

I came in anxious not knowing what to expect and I also had to tag along with my two toddlers and a phone that wasn’t working but I’m grateful for Kathleen and apple for such a great experience!

Over the past couple of weeks I had the opportunity to call on the Genius Bar twice. The first time was to fix my computer when the screen was accidentally broken. The second time was for a problem that caused the computer to stall in a locked black screen. Both times the Apple genius team got my computer fixed and back to me faster than I truly expected. Thank you.

They are the best by far! Excellent service lots of clerks. Highly recommend them!

My Dad’s iPhone that I got him a few weeks ago somehow came in with a manufacturer defectiveness, luckily they were able to fix. Everybody was super nice and communicated so well.
