Best Buy Charlotte - Rivergate

I came in for my a case for my tablet. Unfortunately Best Buy did not have what I needed, but the man helping me was very helpful and had great customer service. His name was Will.
I just want you to know.

Great customer service! I wanted to buy a TI-84+ calculator for my son - today. An associate named Will saw me in the isle and asked if I needed help. When I told him I was disappointed the price was so much more than other prices I saw for nearby stores, he reminded me about the store's price match policy. Will's help saved me almost $44!

Worst company to have a credit card with, if you don’t pay off the credit card within a year they will add interest from day 1 to the credit card.they are not willing to help at all

Terrible customer service from Manager. Bought a $500 robot vacuum 5 months ago along with the $120, 2 year replacement warranty. Vacuum malfunctioned so I went in to get a replacement. Manager said they were out of “in store credit” cards so they could not replace my vacuum. They think they have to load the credit onto a card first. Told me to go to another store or come back another day when they have the cards in stock. Didn’t help me find another store or look to see if the other stores had my vacuum in stock. Drove 30 minutes to Rock Hill and talked to a manager. He was flabbergasted why the other manager couldn’t process my exchange. He had it done for me in 5 minutes and didn’t need to use a card. He’s shipping my new vacuum to my door because they had non in stock and I didn’t want to deal with the first manager again. Go to Rock Hill because this place sucks.

Best Buy is therapy place….Good assortments of electronics. Good prices considering a brick and mortar store.
