Great prices and well worth the yearly fee to join the club. Cheaper brands (generics for alot of stores) are not offered for the most part. Expect top of the line, large quantity food stuffs for less then expected prices.

What can you say it’s Costco. Crowded on weekends and evenings. Mornings are best if you can shop.

If you’ve been to one Costco, you’ve been to all of them. This store is clean, fairly easy to navigate barring any crowdedness, and easy to assess prices. The store does get pretty busy during peak times so I highly advise you go during off-peak times. You’ll especially feel this at the checkout lines which can get very backed up and frustrating. The gas discount is also a huge perk but again, the lines get to be really long when it’s busy. It can take 10-15 minutes in line before you get to fill up. Overall good experience, just try to go when it’s slow!

I've been getting my propane tanks for my food truck filled here for 4 years now never had any issue until today. The worker there for one thing had an attitude and told me that my tank had a leak in it so he couldn't fill it so I went to tractor supply and had them fill it they had no issue at all I had them check for leaks there were no leaks. So the incompetence of the Costco worker costed me 2 hours of my time which I did not have I was on a very tight schedule today but because of this that worker made me and my business late for our scheduled appointment. So if you have a food truck business that relies on the efficiency of getting your tanks filled don't go to Costco.

Their "cafe" food is good -- had the hot dog with a soda for $1.50! And it was big (1/4 lb.) and juicy. Can't beat that!

This club has the others' beat with their electronics and their unconditional guarantee. Mattresses are the best quality and price - feel free to check it out. Bakery is amazing - highly recommend the white layer cake with Cheesecake in the middle. Ready-made deli style meals are delicious. We like the taco kit, Mediterranean salad, Chicken Alfredo. Their rotisserie chickens are huge and will always be only $4.99. Super moist, not over cooked or over seasoned. Clothing is also seriously discounted. No receipt necessary for returns since they log all sales internally. Amazing club!!!
Update: Still thrilled with this store. Check out their seasonal departments for some amazing deals! We bought 2 pillows and 4 bath towel sheets (on sale for $12.99) Always fantastic prices.

My car got a flat tire I wanted to check if the same tire model and type is in stock . So I called the tire services of Charlotte Costco sep 25 11:52 am . The customer service person told me that he can’t tell about the stock unless I am present in store . Which does not make any sense what would I do with the car if they don’t have stock . So I called mooresville Costco they were patient enough to check the stock and give me an appointment.

long time member, I went thru the self checkout, and asked for assistance scanning my items and I was met with a semi rude uninterested checker who stated that she could not because she is supposed to do only big items, and walked away. This was after she asked for my to scan but I had already scanned it in then to say she can't do anything! I cancelled my membership, what a shame!! I did take the time to speak to a manger, also want to say that this a timeframe in which the store was not busy and the checker was literally just standing there before me asking for my assistance

Costco is always great. Where else can you get lunch for $1.50. And seriously if you don’t have a Costco card by now you should get one. This is a great place to shop if you have a business and large family or both. And on top of this, they have one of the best electronic warranties in the business. This is the best extended warranty that there is.

I mean, it was Costco. 5 gallon tubs of mayo and 36 sq miles of aluminum foil.
As is the case with all the different Costcos I've been to across these United States, it was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The same can never be said about the other shoppers, but at least the staff is nice.

The pharmacy staff was super awesome and very helpful!
