Tonight I went for something different and had the fajitas with chicken and steak. That's something easy to do low carb and not eat the flour tortillas that come with it. My husband has the Arroz con Pollo and my daughter had a side of grilled chicken with cheese dip and rice from my plate. Everything tasted great but I'm going for my usual next time... I missed my grilled chicken and cheese!
