I went in to trade my apple products in and was assisted by Zander. He gave the best customer service very warm approach and made me comfortable. Hands down he was the best !

If ignorance was a store it would be this Apple Charleston store, word's cannot begin to explain how ignorant these employees are at this store. it's really sad that you have one job, customer service and can't get that right. Really bad experience, wish I never came here!

I came to the store to pick up my birthday present - a 2000$ top of the line iPhone 14 ProMax 1Tb.
This is where I met Anna, a salesman, who's attitude reminded me why exactly I switched from iPhones to Andriod several years ago - because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in Apple stores! She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I wish her to find a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers or any humans, actually...
So, I just had to call my husband and ask him to cancel the order and pick me another phone, not from Apple. I'm not coming back there.

I had a 5:30 appointment Saturday and was worried what to expect because of all the bad reviews. Found a street parking space 1 block from the store. Was greeted at the door at 5:05 and told I couldn't get checked in until 5:15. At that time was told to wait at a table and someone would help me. I thought I needed a new battery for my 20 year old Nano iPad that I was unable to charge. They charged it at the table and I was out quickly.

I only post negative comments in the hopes that management or someone will take note and perhaps improve. We walked in to the store to buy 2 new phones. It's so odd and so impersonal. The person has to first check you in, then you're "assigned" to someone who asks you the same questions as the person checking you in. It's a herd-like thing. We were assigned this really nice lady who seemed to want to help and in the middle of it, another guy came over and told her she had to take lunch and he took over. He was nice but he wasn't that knowledgeable. Didn't tell us anything about the phone. It was almost as if, "hey, doesn't matter to me if you buy or not." We bought two iPhones and despite my using our Apple Card, we weren't given 0 percent interest. That's okay, but we should have least been given the option or an explanation. Then, they failed to tell us that the phones we bought would be dropping by $100 EACH in a few days. Bad experience. We've been to other Apple stores in the country and this was is not one of the better ones. Historically, Apple employees or so-called "experts" are nice and want to tell you everything about a product. Not here. They herd you here and there and the person who was supposed to "help" set up or answer questions just kind of hung out, looking bored and mad and barely talked unless we asked him a specific question. Perhaps it's coming from the top down, but I believe Apple Charleston needs to do a bit better. \We will most likely order online or visit another store should we decide to purchase any other Apple products.

I had a disappointing experience with the Apple representative. I waited for about 5 minutes only to be told that they didn't have the product I was looking for. Instead of being straightforward, she was rude throughout the entire process. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism in the Apple store. She didn't even have a name badge, but she mentioned her name might be "Dee" or "Tee." When we visit Apple, we expect good customer service, and I was truly surprised by the lack of attention I received. I politely asked if she had a moment as she was with another customer, and instead of a simple "no," she went into a lengthy explanation. It would have been much better if she had just apologized and said they didn't have it.

Absolutely amazing staff! Listen to my issues I was having with my phone and replaced it. I was in and out within 25 mins. Extremely impressed with the function of this store. Will always come back.

Waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be told that my AirPods were out of warranty and a single replacement for each airpod would be $89. Forget about it.

I love the Apple Store because they are actually amazing with service. Some of them are really nice and some of them are kind of mean sometimes but mostly they are all friendly and amazingly at their work. So I was suggest anyone to go there to pick up the new iPhone 15 or anything else. The store is amazing and it’s very customized and Decorative.

Drove to Charleston from Charlotte to pickup my new IPhone 15. Had a few a issues so I talked to apple employee / lead Jess. She was WONDERFUL !! I'm a disabled Vet so it's always nice these days when you find people who treat you kindly with patience and make sure your needs are meet. Great people skills !!!!

Visited the store this afternoon to pick up a new phone. Overall experience was excellent. Tracy was my sales rep and she did a wonderful job explaining the process of transferring my data over to my new phone and setting me up with the best accessories to go with my new phone and a relatively short period of time. Afterwards I was paired up with Devin who was able to get me fully switched over and answered my remaining questions, efficiently. Nice work Apple and knowledgeable staff. Kudos
