TOP important and interesting reviews from patients
- No idea where all the bad reviews are coming from. My experience with St Anthony Hospital has been excellent. I had my prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum, pediatric care, and now my regular checkups are with St Anthony. The midwifes (all 3 who I’ve met) have been amazing to me, as a first time mom, they have always been available to answer my questions, guide me, and have been my greatest cheerleaders during labor. Delivering a baby has been far from traumatic thanks to them. I was also treated by Dr. Yáñez (OB) due to some liver enzymes levels during my pregnancy, and she was the sweetest. All of the nurses who treated me were also great, answered my questions, and were extremely helpful during my stay postpartum. Never did my partner nor I felt like we were receiving attitude or felt unwanted during postpartum. The hospital has so many resources specially for first-timers. My baby will now be going to see Dr. Ibrahim for her pediatric appointments. She actually came by the first day after delivery to check on my newborn. Showed me a few ways to help baby release gas and has answered all my questions so far. Dr. Ibrahim even provided my partner with a signed drs note for work lol. My experience with all the medical providers has exceeded all expectations. My only concerned is the financial office staff at the hospital, I made those ladies do their job last time I stopped in but nothing I would give the actual professionals a bad rating for.
- I came in preterm labor and since the first day til the 4th day of my stay, the L&D nurses and midwife’s were the absolute best on patient care and being informative of my condition. They listened to what I told them I felt, they made sure I was comfortable along with my support persons. Once it was time for baby to come they were even more supportive and caring. I had the best experience with them.
- Omg Saint Anthony has the best customer service that I have ever seen from any Security Team from any hospital! I had a family member that was in need of an emergency! And the security officer who worked at the desk! Officer Sanchez was extremely polite, calm, and caring with my family members and I! The other workers was great but my experience with other hospital’s customer service and security guards has not been the best! I wanna thank Officer Sanchez, she truly was the best!
