I am in caring for my 90 or mother. I grew up here in Maple Park, Illinois and I have been going to this location 115th and Halsted and I must say the staff is phenomenal. They are very sensitive to your needs. They are very attentive, and they Display such professionalism and I must let everyone know and I am pleasantly surprised because I don’t have too much good to say about Chicago Illinois obviously I am a northern suburban residence but I’m caring for my mother here in Chicago where I grew up at and this store and the staff is phenomenal. I needed several things for my vehicle.The Zoner at the 115th street location was excellent with helping me to get the correct parts. She took the time to get what seemed like over 20 parts(lol). She was very friendly, knowledgeable and even suggested some things that I may have needed. I actually used those things as well. My car is up and running and I'm so well pleased. The rest of the staff were also helpful to customers in the store and on the phone. The music was good also!

Staff was not helpful at all and had a very lackluster attitude.

I'll search for an alternate before I consider going back to spend my money.

Two stars because what I needed was in stock.
