- This place needs to be shutt down, not sure if anyone holds legit licences their behaviour resembles a correction institute not allowed to ask anything.

- This review is for the women's health center. I was a patient of Dr. Butler-Mooyoung. Her nurse frankly is not very competent. I spent 10 minutes with her on the phone trying to explain a simple issue in a way that she could understand and take a proper note on. It then a full week for me to get a "response" on a very urgent message regarding my health. I messaged her and the doctor online as well as called them several times just to be told that I would have to make another appointment for an inquiry that can easily be taken care of over the phone. The inquiry was a simple birth control question. I cannot afford to make an appointment every time I have a question, nor do I have the time to constantly be taking off work for appointments. I will be going somewhere with more competent staff and compassion towards their patients. So frustrated and disappointed.
- Was there for a CAT scan. They were good at directing people to the correct place and they were quick and efficient.
- The intake lady made me go back outside to where there was a box of masks, even though I was definitely a fall risk, as if I was visiting a doctors office and not the emergency room. I then sat there and signed a ton of paperwork even though I could barely hold a pen. And while I was in the exam room still waiting to see a doctor, she came back to collect payment. I cannot stress this enough, the intake lady was awful.
I was lightheaded, dizzy, my arms were numb, I was naseus, my heart was racing, and I couldnt breathe. I was having a severe adverse reaction to a new drug that I just took for the first time. With this knowledge, the ER doctor concluded I was just having night terrors. That was after waiting 3 hours to see her. I do want to acknowledge the EKG guy and nurse, Ian and Ahmed (I think). They were wonderful, but I won't be back. Who knows what would've happened if I accepted that ridiculous diagnosis and took my medication again.
