- My first time at Midway and the Car Rental Center. Very convenient with shuttle service. My flight was delayed arrived after midnight. Budget automated line assured me they had my number and were aware of delays. When I arrived after midnight they had actual staff (other companies were closed) but limited selection. I ended up with an upgrade which was nice. I would say that if you were staying in city the upgrade (MUCH larger vehicle) might be a problem for parking but I was visiting family in the suburbs so enjoyed my ride. Everyone from desk, guard and check in very nice and helpful.
