- Good place to buy dried chiles. They buy their meat from Peoria Packing (I've seen the big barrels out back), and the quality is decent. But the butcher counter does have some pretty interesting cuts that you won't find in the boring American grocery stores.

- Awesome grocery store and taqueria. They serve tacos, tortas, burritos, and more. Choices of meat are always very fresh and cooked to order. This is always my go to spot for tacos or torta while in the area. Avoid the garbage hipster taco joints in wicker park and go here instead.
