- My customer service experience was a little bit difficult picking up an online order due to technical issues. However, the customer service attendant Shakeena was really attentive and able to address all of my concerns within a timely fashion. Outstanding service - thank you for your assistance!
- Pickups are convenient but make sure you double check your item. They gave me the wrong door. Glad I made a fuss bc I would’ve wasted a trip only to realize the wrong item was given. They corrected the issue and now I’ve got a good door.
