- They have so many departments and there not good at giving the correct number to call. Was transferred all around the place
- I have a personal loan with this company. I applied for a loan and was approved. I entered my creditors information via their portal. In doing so, I transposed one of my creditors account number. Two days later I informed them of my error. Goldman sachs replied that the money was sent to the number I entered. Again I replied that it was not the correct number. My creditor informed Goldman that the money was not received to my account or the wrong account . Two letters were also sent to Goldman from my creditor stating no money was received. Goldman response to me was that the money was deposited, they are sorry but they can not provide any more information as to where this money went. No documentation, no proof of deposit and no customer service or help. I'm out a sum of money with no chance of ever seeing proof of deposit to any account. This company does not care or try to help their customers. I just receive a letter stating sorry, we can't help you
I'm truly sorry that I ever did business with this company. I would think twice before I used this company. With so many loan options, I would definitely do my research and stay clear of a company that can not find what they did with their customers money.
