Jibek Jolu is a family-owned restaurant, we pride ourselves on including many different culinary and cultural influences. Unique food. Loved the spicy carrot salad, enough to share. Kebab dish good. Honey cake totally unexpected. It's not sweet. Numerous thin layers definitely would have again. The tea was outstanding, again unique. I'd definitely return. I want to try the borscht that others at the table had. Looked lovely.

I will 100% be coming back here. I got the Boso Lagman noodles and MY GOD, it was delicious. Ask the server for extra hot sauce and vinegar, it is an excellent addition to the dish. The hand pulled noodles were amazing and the beef in the dish was so flavorful. Love the aesthetic and decor of the restaurant as well. I was not planning on leaving a review on here but after my experience I couldn’t help myself. 5/5 stars!!!

Food is fabulous. Everyone loved it.
Service was friendly, a little slow, but note NO ONLINE RESERVATUONS. Google took a reservation, but the restaurant will not honor it.
The dining room is small, a little crowded, a little loud. I wish they would put the yurt back up.

Wow. Truly an incredible immersive experience in a cuisine and culture I have never been exposed to. The ambiance and food were top notch along with the service. It’s worth the trip, while the flavors are not unfamiliar, they are uniquely paired.

For the most part the food here was outrageously delicious. We never tried central Asian cuisine before so we ordered quite a bit! Some things were a bit undersalted but seasoning in general was fantastic. The Plov was underwhelming but the Chicken Tabaka and lamb chops were amazing. Get a side of roasted potatoes, they are so flavorful and delicious! Also their pierogis are the best I’ve had in awhile, couldn’t stop reaching for them. The space is small and cozy, the staff is kind but very slow to service. There were many times we had to keep requesting water refills and we had to flag down a staff member if we needed anything as they don’t check in even when it’s not just. Again, they were very kind just not very attentive. We’ll definitely be back because the food is out of this world!

It's my first time trying kryzgyz food and I loved the plov and the shashlik. The quality of the meat was too good. Also, try the honey cake in dessert. It really tastes awesome. The staff were also really nice and had interest in explaining to you the cuisine

They used to be very authentic. This is what we got for shashlik. Are you serious? Is this a traditional shashlik? We had a group of 9 people and they couldnt manage it properly, gave us wrong salad even though we placed an order in advance. What a mess.
