- Marisol is amazing! Wow. She answered my phone call while I was inside the store and she immediately dropped everything and walked all the way to me (far) to assist. I was so relieved and grateful that I literally teared up. She went above and beyond and I will be submitting even more feedback for her inside the store soon too. Thank you again, Marisol, for your help and for being such a kind, wonderful person!
- Love this Costco location the best. Lines are always efficient compared to rest of Costco’s I been too. Also seem to have a good amount of Asian wholesale goods to cater to the Asian population.
- Solid location. Needed to return a defective battery. Paid difference in value and got a “new” one only to find out that the replacement has the balance of the original battery (even though I paid for a replacement). That’s a terrible warranty standard in my book. Gave me a difficult time because I only have a screenshot of my online card, rather than my physical card. Ended up leaving without purchasing.
- Typical Costco items along with a surprisingly good selection of Asian food I haven't seen at other Costco locations (probably because of its proximity to Chinatown).
This one is a particularly busy Costco, so be prepared to walk a bit after you find parking.
- Unlike the Costcos in Niles and Lakeview, employees here are enthusiastic about their jobs: helpful, friendly, and keep the lines moving.
Most Costcos have parking on 2 sides of the building. This one oddly only has it on one side, with the entrance not in the middle. This makes the one parking lot full, giving the misperception that the store is full. The gas station lines are much shorter than the Niles or Lakeview Costcos. They sadly do not carry Kasia's pieorgies.
