- This is the closest pet store that’s with reasonable price. I love getting the blue ribbon food for my kitten. However they have a limited selection of toys and accessories. Staff are friendly. The store smells like pees every time I visit.

- i wouldn’t go here if you have a puppy. i brought my mini goldendoodle in for his first grooming appointment because they have a “puppy service” option but i was extremely disappointed when they told me they wouldn’t fully service him because he was “too excited”… DUH he’s excited he’s a puppy. in my opinion, the groomers are not experienced enough to deal with puppies.
- Will not b returning here again. Been coming for 2 years because it's close to home but not anymore. Already twice now make a grooming appointment and they can't find my appointment in their system. So take a day off work to get my dog in and they are of no help. And last time my pups nails weren't clipped nor his ears cleaned. Just all around disappointed with the money u spend and for them to be so unprofessional
- Cashier was on her phone. I worked retail as well, that's just unprofessional
- I like the selection of pets products they have here and the different price points. In addition, they have grooming services on site. The staff is nice. The store is hidden and you may not notice it right away. It's entrance is in the parking garage. You have to take stairs or the elevator to go to the lower level of the parking garage.
- Great place for grooming. Took both my cats to get groomed and nails clipped by trained professionals due to my cats fear when i attempt to trim them. Cats returned clean and calm. Thank you.
