- If you like tacos, stop by Martinez Market & Grill. If you want a deal on Taco Tuesday, stop by Martinez Market & Grill. You can try the 3 Tacos Special for $9.99. For this authentic Mexican special, you can only choose the same type of meat with onion and cilantro on a corn tortilla. Although we wanted a cocktail, we learned Martinez does not have a bartender. We chose beer. You must pay for your food first, and the cashier checked our identification.
We sat at a table near the window. I ordered a chicken and chorizo taco with an order of beans. The red sauce is hot, and the green is mild. The meat was well-seasoned, and the tortillas were slightly golden. The portions are generous. Although both tacos were delicious, I enjoyed the chorizo better. The beans were flavorful, and I liked the small pieces I tasted in every spoonful. If you add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese to your tacos, you will pay extra for those ingredients. Do you want an Authentic Mexican taco? You will find them at Martinez Market & Grill. If you want to grab a quick meal, or enjoy a meal in a relaxing environment, stop by Martinez. Check the hours before you drive to Bridgeport. Hours vary throughout the week. A parking lot is available, but there is also street parking. Oh, the music will have you singing.
- Love this place, the store owners are so friendly and welcoming, they have a great menu. The burritos are so large you can easily split one with someone ($24.00 each). The red sauce is much hotter than the green which is very mild. Super chill vibe, had Steve Lacy playing in the background. You can also pick up fresh vegs etc. There is a bar too if you want a beer while waiting on your food.
