Edwin was my service advisor and he was very nice and advised me on some issues I had. I waited for my car and he was honest on the timing of it to be done. I like the service dept there. They are very busy but they do seem to get it done at a professional pace


Super smooth transaction. Pedro did an awesome job. He singlehandedly took care of the entire transaction from test drive to price negotiation to finance and documentation. No more multiple people involve everytime theres something that needs to be negociated. Pedro did it all by himself. Awesome guy too. Highly recommended.

My husband Jeff visited recently and was very satisfied! We had poor working keys for our 2008 Tundra.He brought in a programmed new key that they cut using my vin/title for $25. works great.

My son and I went in today 10/9/23 to look at a car and we seen at least 6 sales people walking around but not one asked anything finally 1 did....Hugo walked up to us but only because he must've seen that no one else would. Hugo himself didn't seem to interested either. We did all the talking he would just do a quick answer and turn away as if he hated his job or my son's tattoos. If that were the case then he lost the sale. We left after 10 minutes because of the disinterest he was showing and drove to a Honda dealership in Oaklawn to purchase a vehicle.... Advice for Hugo and the rest of the sales people there pay attention to who walks in. You may be surprised on what they may spend at your place. My son put $13,000 down on a brand new vehicle. Thanks Honda. Disappointed with Toyota

Went in for factory update. Very professional. No set appointment just come in between 6:30 and 1. Plenty of area to be comfortable waiting with coffee available.

I bought a beautiful 2020 Toyota Hybrid Rav4 and Gloria was such a help! It was my first time buying a car so I was able to learn so much. My dad was with me and he also got a new car as well and he was very impressed with the level of detail that she explained things.

The application process took a few turns given the holiday but she was very quick to give me updates. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

Jose very competent service representative - disappointed about unavailability of needed part and couldn't be ordered until day before I am planning on returning - why? I was there 3 1/2 hours - getting pricey!

Opportunity to optimize appointment setting for service. 2 1/2 hours for tire rotation and fluid check is too much. Had to decline and leave a scheduled appointment. Service Attendant was very nice and professional

It was an amazing buying experience. I was assisted by Juan and Gloria. Both over the phone and the at dealership experience were professional and personable at the same time. I had a quick and painless buying experience. The dealership went above and beyond and kept open beyond the usual 8:00pm closing time to service my needs and make sure I drive out with the vehicle. I will update my review as and when I experience the service experience as I purchased the extra 5year Cardoc package for oil and air filter changes too.

Went first thing early in the morning for what a previous mechanic thought was a botched programming issue, the mechanic here was knowledgeable enough to know that it was just an off and on button that needed to be pressed. 10 minutes later I was send on my way without being charged. Ended up buying myself a second key fob, was fast and worked perfectly. Staff relatively friendly.

This was my first visit but I will definitely be back for future services. Jose who checked me in was fast and friendly. I came in because our Maintenance Required light was on and they changed the oil and checked everything out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

I was told that my car was fixed and asked to pay $1190.00. I paid it and my car would not drive off the Toyota shop lot. It had the same error codes in the dashboard that were there when I had the car towed to Toyota. They called me today around 2:30pm and said they drove the car like normal and that if it has problems it may be due to water corrosion. I stopped payment because the car was not fixed. If the error codes return to the dash I will stop payment again.
