- Advisor Abraham was an absolute legend! He was so knowledgeable about the cars and gave me an honest opinion. I had to delay my pick up by a couple days due to being out of town. He was on the phone calling in favors and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Great experience and great advisor!

It took took a weekend demo drive with Abraham Osio to change the manufacturing and customer service opinions. Over a period of three months of my decision, Abraham not only kept tabs on additional discounts and grants/state incentives that are being provided for me ; but also was open honest about features and capabilities of the car. It was single-handedly one of the biggest deciding factors in us going completely full EV rather than a PHEV thank you Abraham and I’m sure we will absolutely love the 2024 Model Y. Thank you for the double triple work. You did to help us through the buying process and acclimatizing us to the TESLA ecosystem.

Abraham and his team were very pleasant and knowledgeable during the entire process! The entire experience from test drive to purchase was a great time.

We had a regular test drive followed by an overnight test drive, where we could have the car for a few days. No pushy sales tactics, just some great people showing you a neat vehicle. We left with great info to make the choice.

The trade-in process was very smooth. A few photos was all it took to get a reasonable offer for my dinky Kia Soul.

Everything was quick and easy.

And the car itself is spectacular if you are not afraid of technology not inept.

DO NOT trade in your vehicle when you buy a new Tesla. You provide TONS of information online, mileage, photos, zip code, everything they need to give you an accurate offer. They give you a preliminary offer. Then just two weeks later, and only 72 hours before you are to trade it in and pick up your new one, they give you the "official" trade in offer (based on the EXACT same information). Ours was 15% lower. This was several thousand dollars. So we either have to eat it or arrange more financing or sell it on our own a mere 72 hours before the pick up. What a way to start a relationship with a customer.

The Tesla experience is fast and seamless. We weren't sure if the vehicle would fit our garage and they just took a picture of a DL and insurance card and gave us the car overnight to test. In and out in 20min. Easy! The quote was direct; there was no up selling of a million add-ons like traditional dealers. I'm disappointed the vehicle didn't work for us but wanted to give kudos to Jaime for fantastic customer service!

I recenly had the pleasure of taking delivery of a Model Y Performance at Tesla - Grand Ave, and the entire staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived for my scheduled test drive.

Prior to delivery, I was very anxious because there was so much I had to learn, but Konstantina was absolutely amazing throughout the entire buying experience.
