I am always so happy when getting my car serviced here. Literally everyone is so nice and efficient. Alejandra was so accommodating when booking in my car for service. George is a very detailed service tech. Omar was great at check out. The waiting room has great space to work or relax while waiting for the car, with amazing coffee and tea selection. Nissan Weston is not just any dealer. They do it right. And its always good to see jose who was my salesperson. He is amazingly thorough and always checks in on me to see how the car is running. Thanks Nissan Weston Team. You all rock.

Darius has excellent Customer Service skills. He made us feel like happy customers. He has a handsome smile. I would refer him to my friends when they decide to buy a car.

Told me a car was there, then I when I drove an hour to see it. It just happen to not be there. But it was not their fault. It was everyone else’s fault. Don’t trust them!

Francisco was the representative that helped me when I arrived he explained it for a detail what would happen with my car he then explained to me that it would take approximately a week and a half that I will be without a vehicle. Happily to say that it did not take a week and a half to find out what was going on with the car and to resolve the issue it only took a couple of days they exceeded my expectations of service and their knowledge about what was going on with the car I highly recommend Western Nissan

Melvin worked hard to get me financed with bad credit. He did an awesome job and I highly recommend him to everyone. He is courteous and persistent about getting the job done.

Scheduled a test drive 3 to 5 days in advance for a vehicle. Received multiple follow up texts and calls confirming I was still coming, including the morning of, for my test drive. Drove OVER an hour to this location. Got another call 5 minutes before my appt to confirm test drive- and when I arrived I was told the car I scheduled to test drive was "jacked up" and "doesn't drive at all".

Then why did you not advertise this? Why call and text me a ton of times to confirm I was still coming in for my Test Drive if the car DOESN'T DRIVE?!

It was just disrespectful. And blatantly false advertising. I decided that even if I found a vehicle there that I liked, I wouldn't purchase it from this location.

Be wary of their practices. Read every line of the contract, and make sure theres nothing theyre omitting to get the sale. Thats how i feel. That is all.

Also, The gentleman who assisted me despite my car not being available was suave and friendly. I appreciated that. Hence an extra star.
