- It was wonderful my first visit to Chi Town and I had to visit Victoria Secret.
They had an amazing sale going on and I took advantage of all the great deals they had. I was very happy and delighted with my experience and purchases.
- Barely wanted to help me with my credit card. Omg. It’s like the largest store , where’s the customer service. Had to like ask the manager for service at the customer service desk and not the cashier desk. What a DRAG
- 10/10. The team was excellent in helping my girl and I pick out the perfect lingerie sets

- I love the staff here they are so friendly, also this Victoria's Secret has a lot more selection in terms of perfume, clothing, bras and panties. The PInk store is upstairs.
- Ein schöner Shop mit viel Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Einen Stern muss ich abziehen, weil an einigen Stellen etwas Chaos herrscht, sonst aber ein super Laden.
- The person who checked me out at the register purposely kept my gift card that had a large remaining balance, I mentioned I was in a hurry to catch a flight, she proceeded to babble on about herself as a distraction I suppose and when I left she KEPT IT! WHEN I WENT BACK ABOUT 3 MINUTES LATER SHE ACTED AS THOUGH SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. SHE EVENTUALLY WITH HASSLE RETURNED MY GIFT CARD. BUYERS AT THIS LOCATION PAY ATTENTION! I give a 2 star because everyone except her was awesome and helped a lot.
