We love Costco! We are so excited that a new Costco will be opening in the Grand Blanc area soon. We get our tires there and can come in at any time for rebalance at no cost. We purchase our gas at their discounted price.

I still prefer this location to the new Liberty Township store. They are about the same distance from me, but I feel like I can get in and out faster in Mason.

Better now, probably because of less people, but they need to improve the fuel station access as people in line there tend to block the access to the parking lot.

First time in the store. All the employees that I encountered were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I had some online returns, but didn’t have my receipts so it took quite a long time for Terri/customer service to look these up. That was not her fault, just the way the system is set up and the fact that some of my items were bought several years ago. So it took time and patience for Terri to find the items in my purchase history. Terri was very sweet and patient. Reggie helped her, in between time of helping other customers. He was awesome, too.

Encountering a rude employee used to be pretty rare but it is pretty much is a regular occurrence anymore at this location. One of the cashiers Priscilla is especially unpleasant.

Me and my brother were waiting at the checkout area and some lady came up to us and asked to see our membership card. This lady acted like this was a police interaction. My brother when he first had his photo taken was bald due to a medical condition. He has now recovered and has been able to grow his hair back. She asked to see two forms of ID and complete embarrassed us. She said my brother looks older than the picture on the membership card and just kept going about how different he looks. HOW COMPLETELY RUDE AND INSULTING! nothing makes me more mad than someone making me feel like a common criminal. I don’t even know why she asked given you need a card to get in, a card to leave and you have to pay with the credit card of the member. This was pointless and completely rude. I hope some action will be taken to correct this because we will not be coming back.

The employees are distant. No one smiles. No one is approachable, with the exception of the AT&T person. The experience is worsened by the rudeness of the shoppers. People cashing out are inconvenienced when asked to please allow a cart through as the check out lines stretch through the shopping area. I realize this latter one is not a Costco issue, but it is a huge turn off from shopping there.

Classic Costco experience. Great selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Samples are out and selection is constantly changing. Membership is definitely worth it!

Will never go back to the Costco again we called the day before we went and they said that we could get a day pass just to figure out if we liked it or not to see if we wanted to get a membership and then we were in there for a couple hours we go to check out and they tell us that we cannot do that We talked to three different employees, and then a manager and every single one of them were extremely rude will never again go back. I have no idea how they treat their customers that way and continue to stay open and have a job.
