Sat for 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment not greeted and then left and contacted online support on my way out and my damn appt was made for next day.

Apple store, only one around. Big and very fast.

I've been coming to this store for 10+ years and I have never had a bad experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of working here as a security guard part-time while I'm finishing school and I can honestly say that I have never met more genuinely caring and friendly people! You rarely look forward to coming to work every day and being around the same people for 12 hours. However, every employee was a joy to get to know, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time working alongside them. Behave when you go visit my friends here. They will do whatever they can to help you. So, BE KIND! Or else... Lol

Been waiting for 20+ minutes at this Genius Bar after their initial check in. What exactly is the point of an appointment if you don’t respect it?

Always a zoo. Always takes forever to receive service even with appointment. If you arrive early to appointment, they tell you to come back at appointment time because apparently they reward late customers and punish early ones. It’s a joke. AppleCare isn’t worth the price either when having to pay an additional $99 for replacement after paying $10/month. I understand why Android is superior now.

Tried to solve a problem even after the store closed. Ordered up a new Apple 11, but it was not the problem-problem dropping calls continued. After five more weeks of trouble Apple support by phone in solved it. Took all off the phone and reloaded-an initial software update had the bug! No more dropped calls! It took a total of three months to solve the issue!

I made an appointment through the app and showed up early. They started a minute ahead of time and took care of my needs. Super friendly staff in what I am sure is a challenging environment.

The people at this location are great. Recently had a complex issue with my phone and everyone I interacted with was kind and they took care of my problems.
