TOP important and interesting reviews from patients
- I spent several days here following an emergency gallbladder surgery with complications. The nurses were wonderful and helped keep me calm and focused as my body went into shock following surgery. They also let my boyfriend and family stay by my side throughout the experience. When I had to go back to the ER after being discharged they quickly admitted me and got another complication under control before it became a big deal.
Of course no one wants to be sick and scared in the hospital, but they made this experience suck a little less.
- I just got home from the ER and would like to commend the ENTIRE staff for take such good and quick care of me. Dr. Parker in the ER was second to none with his compassionate caring demeanor. As much as I was in crisis, this ER Staff got me in, did the procedure and had the utmost respect for me and my situation. Thank you, Mercy West for all you do for me.
- Came into the ER with severe stomach pain. Waited about 2.5 hours to be seen, but that's pretty normal for any ER. The nurses immediately ordered blood tests and a CT scan and I was diagnosed with a kidney stone and sent into surgery the next morning. Every employee exceeded my expectations of care, especially Jamie. Jamie is one of the best nurses I've ever had.
