- After 21 months of Tesla ownership, my Model 3 finally required service - for a charge port error. It all went great at Tesla Blue Ash. I checked in with Sarah who was super nice and got my car into the service bay quickly. The app said my service would take two hours, but it only took one. I relaxed in the lounge (replete with snacks, coke and coffee) while checking service progress in the Tesla app. Before I knew it, the technician came out and said my car was done. They had also fixed a trunk strut issue that I wasn't aware of. They were organized and efficient. All told, a fine experience with Tesla Blue Ash service!
- The buying experience was amazing! I had my used car delivered to this location. Staff was helpful and friendly. My paperwork was done in less than 15 minutes. All car buying should be like this!
- When you buy a car once every 20 years or so, it is really helpful to have a patient and kind dealer representative. Stephanie saw that our new car had been damaged in transit and proactively reached out to let us know. She provided different options for us and walked us through the process. When our new new car arrived, she stayed late to help us through some process snags. There were many times when she could have simply said "not my job" or "come back tomorrow" instead, she acted as a business owner and made it happen. Overall, I felt like a truly valued customer and person.
