- Smooth pickup and return process. Received a complimentary upgrade to a larger vehicle due to availability of compact cars. Vehicle interior was exceptionally clean and operated with no issues. Shuttles between the terminal(s) and the Rental Car Center arrived within 5 minutes of stepping outside. If you fill up at the fuel station nearest the airport, prepare to pay an additional $.25/gallon more than other pumps around town.
- Friendly and helpful staff! My child was exhausted and running in circles, staff was patient and even gave them something to keep busy. Car was great and very well kept with great amenities. Drop off was beyond splendid, super quick and efficient. Staff at drop off was friendly as well and helpful with getting us to the right spot to make transporting all our bags easier. This was my second time using them and both time’s customer service was great as well as the vehicle provided. Would definitely rent from you all again.
- Rented from Budget at DFW airport for a day off from my work schedule. Made the reservation online just a couple of hours before I needed it and everything went perfectly. Once there, Jose took my info and told me the parking spot number, then I walked right to the spot with the truck. I selected “mystery car” when I made the reservation which turned out to be a Tacoma. The gate scanned the vin and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. The drop off was even easier, pulled in and just walked out. The agent gave me the thumbs up and I received my summary email an hour later. Probably the easiest rental experience I’ve had. Gonna try to use budget whenever possible.
