- Found this little gem of a diner. Have eaten there 4 times in the past two weeks. Small diner w a great breakfast and solid customer service. If I could add anything to make it better is a hot chocolate and fresh brewed tea (they have tea but the processed kind which isn't bad, just not brewed).
- Bro I loved this place. I was just visiting for the weekend with my mom. The next day my mom hadn't eaten anything, and we were with my aunt the whole morning. They decided to come to this place. The second we walked in, I was amazed at just everything. The inside of the place gives you that back in the day diner vibe, and the employees were so generous and nice. The food was great. I had ordered the double meat burger. It's was the biggest burger I've ever eaten in my life. I love this place, and hopefully we can come back soon.
- Food was great! I can't wait to go back and try the homemade pies.
- Consistently excellent breakfast! Their green sauce/salsa verde is delicious! The green omelet & enchiladas verdes were tasty. We highly recommend and will return.
- Very nice retro diner. Has that cozy country style diner atmosphere. Service was good, the food was very good. I had the quesadillas, and they were hot and served with a very nice sauce. I would recommend this establishment and will be making return trips in the very near future.
- When I worked as a driver and I brought my badge, all the food was free and all the beer I drank was also free, only if I drank too much they wouldn't let me drive. all decorative items and gifts were sold very cheap.
- Came here today with my wife and step daughters. Food was awesome and the service was quick and friendly! Will be coming back when Im in the area again
- Old School diner. Long bar around waitress station like waffle house with another 6 to 8 places to sit inside, 4 or 5 tables outside. Must date from 1960 or so. Sharp waitress. $11 baught 3 scrambled, 1 cup genuine hash browns (not fast food pattie), 3 (too) crispy bacon, 2 toast and two thin 5" diameter pancakes their short stack. A real truck stop short stack is two 10-12" pancakes by 1/2" thick.
If you're ever in Richardson try The House Cafe. Former electronics worker laid off opened breakfast joint in same commercial center just south of Arapaho on Bowzer (?). Always packed. 5 star breakfasts. Thriving business.
