The iPhone 12 is stuck in SOS mode, and there are no wireless networks that work or anything. Now, we are wasting time trying to troubleshoot the device. Waisted time, patience, and a lot of run around. Metro blames apple, apple says it's metro, and then we are routed back to amazon where we bought the device. It is supposed to be unlocked and available, but the network says the phone is not allowed. It's annoying and frustrating. Everyone passes the buck, and no one wants to help. So, over all this, really.

Fell below expectation on product knowledge and left not only with our issue not solved, but it was solvable, and we will have to schedule elsewhere to resolve it. Wasted an hour of my time.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Completely wasted my time waiting for them to tell me that they could not help me.

I brought my 2015 MacBook in because I dropped it on the floor and my screen was messed up. I’m not the type of person to buy new computers every year. I’ve never had an issue with my MacBook, it worked fine. It was just unfortunate that an accident happened and I dropped it and it was unusable anymore. I walked in, and before I checked in I asked the guy if it was even worth waiting because my computer was much older. I wanted to know an estimate price on repairs, and if it was too much I was gonna accept my loss and continue with my day. No, I was told I had to check in and have a technician look at it and only then would I be helped. I waited nearly two hours to be seen, to basically be told that they wouldn’t be able to fix my screen cause “it’s vintage” and that there was nothing they could do. And then I tried to have them clear my computer and they couldn’t even do that. The “tech” who helped us looked like he didn’t even know what he was doing. He couldn’t even turn on his own monitor. I left, with my time completely wasted. This store needs to do better and let customers know that if they have a product older than a certain year that there is nothing they can do instead of wasting peoples time. Absolute trash. So just to let any future customers know, if you have an older generation of any device, don’t even bother.

Best Apple experience ever! Zeke & DC went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, answered any questions & so quick! Can't thank them enough for being so awesome and taking care of my urgent issue within the hour! They deserve all the raises - If I could write 1,000 positive reviews, I would.

I went on a Sunday afternoon around 445 and parking wasn’t terrible. I was able to find free street parking nearby. The store itself is a typical Apple Store, clean, open, with friendly staff. I had an order pickup and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Convenient store and quick service... unless you're Apple rep asks you if you play video games, then you say no, then he talks about video games for 15 minutes for some reason.

Arrived 7:02 PM, doors unlocked & open, sorry we are closed. Advised to go to the Galleria location. Seriously?
Needed a simple new iPad cover to replace Apple's defective one.
Rotten customer service. No, I won't be purchasing from you again.

Made a same day appointment to get my Face ID fixed after an update but still had to wait 1.5 hour. Four different people looked at the phone but only the last technician told me there is a cost to fix.

Always cool and efficient. But they absolutely need some parking - valet would be nice!

Found out that this location is clearly, “Whites Only.” I went here a couple of days ago and literally fell completely OUT-OF-LOVE with Apple! Firstly, in hindsight I realized that most of my Apple products are either gifts or were purchased online and shipped to my home. So this was literally my first time shopping in-person after like 10 years of being a proud Apple fanatic. 1) I walked in and was NOT acknowledged in the slightest. 2) when I finally got Edwin’s attention it was blatantly obvious that he didn’t want to help me. This was clearly a waste of his time. Sidebar: I was simply picking up an IPhone 13 which was paid in full earlier that morning. This kid literally treated me like I (I’m getting angry all over again) was running a scam or something. I literally had a lady on my AirPods from Apple giving me instructions!!!! He was curt and snarky to say the least. After barely looking in his IPad for a minute he informed me that I could just check back with him in about 30 minutes because, “ they might forget about me.” I AM LIVID! Imagine this, here I stand with a MacBook Pro purchased in 22’ in my Gucci backpack, AirPods Pro in both ears, Series 5 Apple Watch on wrist, A 6s in my pocket (I know) and a confirmation email that I just spent $700 on another Apple product and I’m not even good enough to be fully served by some kid at this store. WOW. Of course, I’m of African heritage and I’m almost 90% certain that this idiocy had something to do with my aforementioned affliction. Smmfh. All I can say is that they eventually brought me the phone but I now semi-hate myself for using it. I am certain that I’m not alone in feeling completely underserved and mistreated. I literally watched at least 5 people get treated in completely the opposite fashion. Guess what color they were. Anyway, I have yet to hear anything from them but this is not over. So… ten thumbs down, if you feel like being completely degraded by a retail experience then yeah, have at it!

I was so ready to buy the iPhone 15. I had trouble getting someone from sales to assist us. It was kind of insulting because I was about to spend closer almost $2000 with the cases and I needed headphones and I was ready because I was making an investment for business. Very disappointing. and I don’t like to leave bad reviews
