If you want great service from the second you walk in til you leave i highly recommend this location. Everyone is so nice and the service was so fast i literally held it cause i had to use the restroom and still made it comfortably. Definitely will come back and make another purchase here ! Plus i will let all my friends and family know.

Terrible! I walked in with an iPhone Security Lock on Thursday 08/03/23. I was told they could do nothing without my laptop (windows). I don't remember my Security PIN or Apple Password. It is not Tuesday 08/08/23. NO RESOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is an accurate reflection of what Apple is as a company. Greedy, condescending and manipulative. Need a repair? That'll be $399 and 200 more than anyone locally would do it. Need assistance with a manufacturer defect? They'll sit there and tell you that you destroyed your device when all you did was use it regularly. Need an associate to reassure you that they are there to help? Don't count on it! Their "geniuses" who have no tech background and look like they couldn't even be a clerk at a Trader Joes store down the street will look at your device and tell you they know exactly what is wrong with it when in reality they get paid practically minimum wage. If they had any skills, at all they wouldn't working there. Not to mention that this company has historically supported Chinese oppression of their ethnic minorities.

Incompetence. Sick employee kept talking in my face as I scooted back. 3 employees made me go through the same exact troubleshooting bullshyt only to tell me I’m SOL

Piss poor customer service. Yes I arrived right at closing time, but the store was not closed. I wanted to trade in a MacBook for an iPad. The store manager said “ We can do it tomorrow”… I’ll never go to this location again.

Apple rep was lazy to check on prices of accessories had to ask if they could get the price for me after they told me they don't have the price in front of them. I said well can you check so I may purchase from you? Then she gave me a incorrect price and sounded tired at 3:10 pm CST. Employees being mystery shopped are not getting good CSI scores I’m sure.

I can only speak to a purchase pick up. The adolescents managing the first step check in treated and spoke to you like you were in high school. The whole process was confusing with multiple lines/steps. There was no management in sight to assist; just three kids. To sum up the experience one yelled out "don't worry about your appointment; it don't even matter" and then everyone is ushered into one gaggle of a line. They were very dismissive. Just know if you go to this location the lack of customer focus/service.

Most employees are almost always friendly, attentive, friendly but not this last time I visited. The guy at the Orders Pick Up table (I believe he said his name was Rock, I can’t remember) didn’t even acknowledge me when I stand next to him, I had to ask if he worked there which he responded with an unfriendly and unwelcoming gesture.
The associate who brought my Order out in the other hand was super friendly and attentive.

*Apple please retrain your employees to better assist customers.

If I could give it 0 stars I would this place is horrible we waited an hour after my appointment to be seated in the area for them to help us and then proceeded to sit there for over an hour waiting for someone to help there were so many employees just walking past none of them stopped to help we tried asking for help and they would just walk past us like we didn’t say anything so we ended up leaving and then called the store and they said my appointment was canceled which it wasn’t but they told me to come back and I said no I have places to be and this was a 2 hour drive for me to get here so with that being said don’t go here just go to the one on Knox street

UPDATE: They broke my screen and refused to pay for it. All for a battery change which didn’t happen. Did I mention that they made me wait 2 hours with an appointment? And then they refused to compensate me for breaking the screen because it was a 3rd party part which is a blatant LIE. It’s ok if you don’t replace the battery but breaking my screen and not giving any compensation for it is insane.

I scheduled an appointment for 6:45 and made sure to arrive just five minutes later. However, I was left waiting for around 30 minutes, getting passed from one employee to another. When I finally got some attention, they told me they didn't have time to repair my phone that day. The solution offered? Come back another day, no appointment needed, and they'd prioritize my repair. This raises the question: Why even allow late appointments if there isn't sufficient time for repairs?

To add to the frustration, when I returned on Saturday, they did a complete 180 and said I needed an appointment for the repair. This inconsistency is not just infuriating but also makes me question the competency of the store and its employees. Do I really need to visit three times just to get a battery replaced? It's incredibly inefficient and disappointing.

Amazing staff who are super friendly and INCREDIBLY patient! Had an issue with both my AirPods and my iPhone, and Blake was awesome throughout the entire process. He worked me through all of my issues and was both fast and patient when it came to other matters. Ultimately, I was in the store for nearly three hours due to having issues with my bank, and due to this, he had to assign another employee to help me (I didn't get his name :(), but this employee was equally as patient and made the overall process more bearable and sooo much less frustrating!

All around a super helpful and incredible staff, and I will be coming back here in the future!
