I had a good experience here, and we all know going to any kind of car mechanic shop could be nerve-wracking! The staff were very honest and clear about the prices and there were absolutely no hidden fees whatsoever. They double-checked on the phone with me before getting extra stuff done on my car, and they were very patient with my endless questions and inquiries.
- Good service! Have to know this company. Like any auto shop people have good days and bad days. I have had some bad experiences at Firestone but not at this location. All good. Returned calls and got the invoice explained properly. Friendly service and good warranty on work. Will keep coming back.
