After a lot of disappointing experiences with other dealerships, Cowboy Toyota saved the day! Billy was attentive, patient, and thorough. Cowboy Toyota would not be beat on price, and Billy treated us like family!

Went in for a brake service on my 2022 Highlander LE and had the pleasure of working with service advisor Antonio. He was very knowledgeable and the pride/professionalism he displayed was commendable. I felt like a person and not just another ticket to be closed out. All of the other staff that I came in contact with were very nice as well. Great job Cowboy Toyota!!

Harveen is always very helpful when I come here. I brought my car in for routine service and a warranty issue. Harveen helped make sure the service center understood my issue, and it got resolved!

It was honestly a pleasure working with Khanh and Cowboy Toyota! We came to Cowboy a week ago and saw a few brand new Ravs and since then Khanh kept up with us and let us know when there were new availabilities. He was so kind and respectful through out the whole process and made sure to work with us and our needs. I'm so glad that he was our dealer and we were able to work with him and his team. Took our RAV4 in for service. ShelleyJ in the service department is above awesome. She gives the best customer service and is very caring.

Very poor service, had my appointment to have 2 front tires changed. Which they called and confirmed to stop by and would take about an hour. So I stopped by @ 3:30 and after 2 hours my vehicle was not ready. Let's say I didn't get it back till 6:15 after I raised my voice demanding on where my vehicle was due to service guys saying they didn't know and I would have to come back the next day. When I got my vehicle back, both tires where installed. Don't know who dropped the ball. Service guy left at 5 and who knows if the tech installed the tires and didn't let anyone know and just left for the day. So looked like my car was just sitting in the back while I was sitting for 3 hours inside and no one cared to figure what was going on until I raised my voice at them of frustration.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always feel like we are being treated honestly and the work is done right. Have 2 older SUVs being serviced here and will continue to come back

Shelly is the BEST! She is the most helpful and attentive when it comes to dealing with my car and service. She is the reason I bring my vehicle to Cowboy Toyota! I bought a vehicle remotely from outside of state. It was one of the best car buying processes I’ve ever had. I worked with Karissa and she was awesome and right on top of every request I had for photos and information. It really helped the process of buying a car sight unseen. Paperwork was swift, the finance department was awesome. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10
