- Richard with PV Auto Services is definitely a God send! I drove over an hour to his shop based upon the reviews and he did not disappoint! I called him prior to dropping it off to describe the problem that I was having and he not only accurately diagnosed the issue but also gave me an estimate to repair over the phone. I had called 5 other auto repair places including the Nissan dealership who all told me that it could be a number of issues that would probably result in costly repairs and that they could not diagnose it until I paid for an expensive diagnostic first.
Richard not only accurately diagnosed the issue but also ended up charging me less than his original quote! I can’t even express how grateful I am for his honesty and kindness as it is always a scary endeavor for a woman who knows nothing about car repair to find someone trustworthy and not trying to take advantage. My car has never run better! I have a 2008 Xterra and the drive home was the smoothest it’s driven in years! Thank you Richard! You have a new customer for life!
- I went for an oil change they were so nice very effective. The told me the price and everything before they did anything they wanted to make sure. I had not good luck in the past with car services. But this my place my new place to go for car stuff. Great constermer service.
