- It was great, the location is pretty cool also gives you a different city vibe. Enjoyed the atmosphere in the area
- This was a last-minute mini pickup and first-time visit to this location. Parking in the garage with residents can be quite confusing and limited. Just remember the same entry in is the same exit out. Upon entering the store, I didn't get or feel the same welcoming and comfort as Lovers Lane. The beauty of the flowers always flourishes and compliments any area for under $10 bucks. My utmost must-have are the spinach tortellini and the frozen fruit. The enthusiasm or lack thereof by the clerks won't have me coming back to this one.

- This location gets 5 stars for customer service. While shopping this evening I asked two separate clerks for rather obscure items, one I asked for capers and the other enchilada sauce. Each clerk was extremely polite and personable and knew exactly where the item was. Then, at checkout, I asked the checkout clerk how to get to the elevator for parking - the clerk went out of his way, in the pouring rain, to walk me to the elevator. In this day and age I find it rare to have such a positive customer service experience. Trader Joe’s is clearly doing something right in the way it trains and treats its employees and it does not go unnoticed. I will note, however, that this location was out of spinach and eggs this evening - their stocking of basics could be improved!
- Clean, delicious, unique and quality products at better prices than Tom Thumb or Whole Foods.
- Nice sized store. Parking can be tricky at peak times. We definitely have our favorites from here.
- Store on Greenville had better customer service very friendly. The person at checkout on Cole St had no greeting no thank you nothing. The stockers were nice.
