- I want to give a shout-out to Abraham, an employee at this location. Yesterday, I was checking out right before closing time when I realized my card was declined due to a fraud alert. Abraham was super understanding and patient as I had to call my bank to resolve the issue. I had to stay a few minutes past closing time but I was able to get it resolved!
I really appreciated his great attitude. He even helped me put my new (and really heavy) mirror in my car! Kudos to the team who always gives a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this store. It always has such a great selection; it’s my favorite HomeGoods in the Dallas area!
