- Large new fleet of vehicles everything was perfect except for a service engine light came on our vehicle which caused us to turn around and return it but still no problems they gave us an upgraded vehicle and everything was great. That is the only reason why they didn’t get all 10.

I would also like to add, although they were very busy. They are fast and efficient.

- Great experience with Budget Rental. Received an upgrade after a rather lengthy wait to pick up the car. Customer service was very helpful. It was a beautiful car and no issues returning the car. They were right on it!

Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.

Terrible wait to pick up a car at Jacksonville, add on extra item's we didn't agreed with and charged us almost for a full day for being a couple minutes late!

Fastbreak is the bomb! Was given a great vehicle when I chose "Mystery" vehicle. Literally no line waiting eith Fastbreak. Will definitely stick with Budget in the future.

I had the most enjoyable customer service experience Destiny created at the pick-up counter while processing my rental contract. Even though it was a late-night pick-up, Destiny's positive attitude, service-with-a-smile, professionalism, efficiency, friendly conversation and pride in doing her job well made the whole process smoothly and quickly. I trust that her supervisory, managerial and training departments recognize Destiny's innate customer service abilities which made her a welcomed addition to the Budget Car Rental Company. I truly recommend that she be promoted before her peers as-soon-as-possible.

Good experience with Budget. We went with them because Avis screwed us over last time. I had zero issues eith Budget and the car was immaculate. Will definitely use them again!

Despite the rental car counter being woefully understaffed, Kim provided excellent customer service during my rental car pick-up at Jacksonville International Airport on the afternoon of December 27th. She had an upbeat attitude, worked diligently, and had me on my way in short order. Thanks to Kim for her outstanding customer service!

Rental car was dirty, sand or dirt on the floor mats. Windows were filthy on the inside, had to purchase supplies to clean the myself. The weather stripping on the rear driver side passenger kept falling off and rubbing on the tire. Purchased supplies to fix it. Windshield wipers needed replaced. Fuel door was broken Was given a Ford edge at time of pick up. Also, one person working the counter and about 15 people in line a head of me. Also, people from other rental car places were also helping. Are they all linked together?????

We had to wait over two hours in line to pick up a rental that was reserved and prepaid in advance! No compensation was offered despite us having to cancel plans on our first day of vacation. The car was nice enough and drop off was relatively painless.

I've been to budget rental to pick up a rental twice now. The budget rental I've gone to is at Jacksonville Airport. Each time I've rented a car, I've waited 1 1/2- 2 hours in line. I've booked a car in advance both times and have still had to wait in line. Once I've gotten through the incredibly long wait, I've managed to get a car and be able to leave. Service isn't bad. It's just a long wait. The staff seem to be short staffed but overall helpful. My biggest complaint is the wait time. By the time you land after a flight, you just want to leave the airport and staying for 2 more hours plus it isn't a good experience.

Worst rental company experience ever. 45 Minutes to wait through the line to get my car, and then when I brought it back it was a disaster.

There were around 10 people working (mainly standing around and not doing anything), and the woman that was checking the cars in took 2 cars that arrived after me. Then one of the guys standing around took my keys and drove off with the car. So I had to walk to the checkout person and she didnt believe that he left, and when I asked her if it was OK for me to catch my flight...she laughed and said, "I guess if thats what you want to do"

I waited for 20 minutes to check in the car, and there were maybe 3 others there at the time. Will never use them again, and I have been a customer for over 10 years.

This is one of the best places to rent a car they actually waited for me after closing hours so I could pick up my ride I'm so thankful that they did because I would have been in big trouble without them waiting like I said they were very helpful even though they knew I was still at the dealership and they were closing they waited on me to arrive 15 to 20 minutes past closing time and we're very helpful had everything ready for me when I got there.
