- Very disappointing, $30k in apple products, my phone just needs a tech issue and since I’m not buying anything I get a 3 1/2 hour wait. Why can’t Apple fix my problem remotely? Why is it when big corporate after they sell it to you, your last in service. I have this experience only with my Apple products. Every body just passes on the responsibility. BAD SERVICE.
- I made an appointment to shop & another to get my new computer started at the Genius Bar. Everything went smoothly & quickly.
Parking is a nightmare but that’s not their fault.
- I went here to get headphones for our teenage son with autism. When I told them what we needed they were super helpful and really kind to my son they definitely made him happy. The headphones were perfect for him and was only 20 dollars. This store is worth it and you won't wait to long.
- Super nice people that usually get things wrong with my computer and spit empty virtue signaling buzz words atop soap boxes, while not listening to what i'm saying about my computer... please just stop with your new world order religion already. just do your job like normal, good, American people who should respect that others have different views than you.
- Genius Bar is awesome!! Always willing to help. Very knowledgeable on trouble shooting issues. Anthony is one of the techs that has helped me. I’m very appreciative of his service as well as the whole Apple Store staff 10/10
- Long wait time with hardly anyone in store and dozen of techs standing around doing nothing.
