Apple Cherry Creek

Trying to get help from Apple is a nightmare. I should even be having issues with this basically new iPad but it's erasing large chunks of notes I need for school. I reached out to regular support and was told I would need to drive 40 mins to a store. They didn't mention I could go to a Best buy which would have been great to know. When I got there I was told I needed to wait an hour and a half and I simply didn't have the time to wait. I don't have time to drive back and I use my iPad everyday and can't have it erasing my notes. I'm probably going to have to buy a new tablet from a company that's not Apple. Support is absolutely terrible and apparently the tablets are only built to last the year that they have a warranty and then will stop working shortly afterwards. This company is terrible.

They are not attentive to customers at all - I made a large purchase and was eligible to receive an Apple gift card, but they never provided me with that. On following up, they have been dodging my email and have not provided a resolution, when its been more than 3 months. Even at the store, they took more than 30 minutes to figure out the billing process. They are only lasting on the legacy of Apple, otherwise the managers at this store are completely lousy and not competent to run an Apple store.

I came to this store to fix my phone from a cellular issue that my carrier store couldn’t fix. I waited for over an hour, and after running a diagnostic the staff ignored me. One of the staff members (sarah) continued to stare at me, as if she thought i was going to steal something. I do not recommend this store to anyone who actually needs help with their apple device! Find a competent store and actually get your phone fixed!

I’ll keep it short but sweet. I had a really horrible experience to start but Laura, Erik, and Keegan really turned it around.

What a bad experience. Staff was not helpful and didn't bother.

It felt like a cheap experience. Especially after spending thousands of dollars on products and they can't give you a 10 cent bag for free.

Apple is going downhill

Appointments don’t seem to matter. Plan on 3-4 hours for simple repairs that should take 30-60 minutes. This has now happened to me multiple times.

And one time I was a walk-in, and supposedly I dropped off the list entirely so I waited for 5 hours before they figured out they dropped me from the system. Apple was frequently texting me saying my appointment time was almost ready, but the store didn’t even have me on the list.

You can’t win with this store.
